On Wednesday 17th October, sixteen pupils represented St. Peter's Church of England Primary School at the Stockland Cross Country race. As expected, the ground conditions were heavy. However, even those who had not run at Stockland before did not let the mud destroy their spirit and all our runners showed great determination in completing the course.
We are having a Mufti day on Friday 9th November in order to collect items for the school Christmas Fair tombola. On that day, children wearing mufti should bring item/s into school e.g. unwanted gifts, canned goods (in date please) toiletries etc. or alternatively children can bring in 'Christmas jazzy jars' which can be filled and decorated as you see fit. They can be placed into the box in their classroom. The class with the most items will win a treat for the class which will be presented during assembly.
